More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
30–59 days: 50% refund
15–29 days: 100% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund
Changes by the Customer
Changes like names, dates, or destinations may incur administrative fees.
Major changes may be treated as a cancellation. 
Changes by the Travel Agency
Agencies reserve the right to make minor changes.
Significant changes (e.g., flight times or accommodations) may entitle you to compensation or cancellation with a full refund.
Cancellation by the Air Carrier
Agencies may cancel due to natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
A full refund or alternative booking is usually offered.
